What You'll Do:


As an HVAC Apprentice / Helper, you will work alongside our service and installation teams to:

  • Assist with residential and light commercial HVAC installations
  • Help perform maintenance and repairs
  • Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials
  • Learn proper installation and service procedures
  • Keep work vehicles and job sites clean and organized
  • Assist with troubleshooting heating and cooling systems
  • Deliver outstanding customer service
  • Follow all company safety procedures

Qualifications:

  • We're looking for someone who:
  • Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Is dependable and arrives on time
  • Wants to learn and grow in the HVAC industry
  • Works well with others
  • Has good communication skills
  • Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Can lift up to 75 pounds and work in varying weather conditions


Experience in construction, electrical, plumbing, maintenance, or other trades is a plus, but not required.
